DSFH Career Awareness |

The Career Awareness Club is a school club that helps to target
career interests. Sponsors select people with various occupations of
interests to the students and have the guest come and talk about
their jobs, qualifications, and duties. The club has several fund
raisers every year which enables us to take field trips to different
attractions in the surrounding parishes. The club has adopted the
Veteran’s Home in Jackson, Louisiana as our yearly service project.
The club uses the funds raised to plan special holiday celebrations
each year with the veterans in the facility.
